Magnetitum Ci Shi 60g Anchors Liver Yang, calms the Spirit, benefits Yin and nourishes the Kidneys and Liver.
With Shi Chang Pu and Yuan Zhi, for insomnia and palpitations due to Spleen and Heart Insufficiency or Phlegm Obstructing the Heart Orifices.
Rx. Rehmanniae Sheng Di Huang 12g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes Yin, generates fluids and cools Heart Fire.
Rx. Ophiopogonis Mai Men Dong 9g Nourishes Lung and Stomach Yin, clears the Heart and eliminates irritability.
Fr. Forsythiae Lian Qiao 9g Clears Heat, especially in the Upper Jiao and relieves toxicity.
Rx. Polygalae Preparata Zhi Yuan Zhi 6g Calms the Spirit, sedates the Heart, clears the channel joining the Heart and Kidney, expels Phlegm and opens the Orifices.
Bul. Fritillariae Cirrhosae Chuan Bei Mu 9g Clears Heat and transforms Phlegm.
Arisaema cum Bile Dan Nan Xing 9g Clears Heat and dissolves Phlegm.
Poria Pararadicis Fu Shen 9g Quiets the Heart, calms the Spirit and soothes the nerves.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 9g Activates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, clears Heat, soothes irritability, nourishes the Blood and calms the Spirit.
